Recording of Calls and Video Conferences

As part of our project follow-ups and commercial discussions, our project managers may record phone calls or video conferences. These recordings are made in strict compliance with regulations.

• Purposes and Legal Basis : Recordings are only made after obtaining your explicit consent at the beginning of the exchange. This consent forms the legal basis for processing. The purposes are:

  1. Improving the quality of our services and training our staff : to analyze our interactions and ensure the best possible support.

  2. Retention Period : The retention period for recordings is proportionate to the objective pursued:

• Recordings used for training and quality improvement are kept for a maximum period of 6 months.

  • Access to Recordings : Access to recordings is strictly limited and secured. Only authorized individuals within LINKUMA (the project manager, their manager, and the quality department) can access them, strictly within the scope of their duties.

• Your Rights : You can refuse recording at the beginning of each call without affecting the quality of our service. In accordance with GDPR, you also have the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to the processing of this data.
