In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, concerning data processing, files, and freedoms, any automated processing of personal data that may be carried out from this website will be declared to the National Commission for Data Protection and Liberties (CNIL). As of today, the only personal data collected is from subscribers to the monthly newsletter. In this regard, and in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to personal data processing and amending Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, concerning data processing, files, and freedoms (published in the Official Journal on August 7, 2004), we confirm that this data will remain strictly confidential.
